Organic waste gas thermal incineration system is used to incinerate high concentration organic waste gas at high temperature, ensure complete combustion of waste gas and maintain combustion temperature in furnace by adjusting auxiliary fuel amount and combustion air supply, and determine furnace volume according to residence time of incineration flue gas in furnace to ensure complete combustion and decomposition of organic matter in waste gas in furnace.
Main features of waste gas incinerator:
1. The furnace body combustion is designed according to the principle of 3T1E to ensure that the exhaust gas is fully oxidized, decomposed and burned in the furnace body combustion chamber, so that the organic matter destruction and removal rate reaches more than 99.99%.

4, high safety-with pre-purge function before starting, to prevent flammable gas in the furnace caused by gas explosion, furnace and transmission pipeline is equipped with flame detector, once the furnace flameout or tempering occurs, immediately automatically cut off the exhaust gas supply.
